It has been a few weeks since our last update and we wanted to take a moment to share what has been happening behind the curtain. The swamp has been quiet on the surface, but underneath there has been a lot of movement.
Our core team has been deep in development mode. The kind of work that does not make for exciting daily posts, but makes all the difference when it comes time to launch something real.
Where Our Focus Has Been
The past months have been dedicated to building FROGEN the right way.
Smart Contract Development Our technical team has been working on the architecture behind our core systems. This includes the token contract, the SmartVest engine, and the Dynamic Staking infrastructure. Every function is being designed, reviewed, and tested to make sure it performs exactly as intended under every scenario.
System Design and Stress Testing We have been running simulations and modeling different conditions. What happens if markets move fast. What happens if participation exceeds expectations. What happens if it does not. These are the questions we ask before a single line of code goes live. We want FROGEN to be resilient no matter what the environment looks like.
Security First Approach Nothing launches without being audited. That is a commitment we made early and one we are sticking to. We are preparing everything to meet professional audit standards because trust is earned through transparency, not promises.
Community Growth Without Noise
While we have stayed quiet on announcements, our community has continued to grow.
We now have over 3000 members across Telegram, Discord, X, etc. Every single one of them organic. No bots. No fake giveaways. No artificial inflation.
This is the kind of community that actually matters. Real people who found FROGEN because they believe in the vision, not because they were chasing a quick reward.
BitStreets continues to run in the background with missions and engagement activities that keep our most active frogs involved. This foundation will become incredibly powerful once we shift into the next phase.
Global Presence
Our team has been active on the ground as well. Over the past months we attended TOKEN2049 in Singapore, the YGG Web3 Gaming Festival in Manila, and the Web3 Lagos Conference in Nigeria.
These were not just promotional trips. They were opportunities to meet builders, learn from other projects, and understand what the broader Web3 space needs from a project like FROGEN.
Every conversation reinforced that our approach is the right one. Build first. Build properly. Then talk.
What Comes Next
We are entering the final stretch of our preparation phase.
Once our systems complete internal testing and external audits, we will begin rolling out announcements in a more structured way. This includes detailed documentation for the community, educational content around our staking and SmartVest mechanics, and a refreshed roadmap with clearer milestones.
The frogs who have been here from the beginning will be the first to know when things start moving faster.
We are not going to give you a specific date today. What we will give you is our word that when FROGEN launches fully, it will be ready. Not rushed. Not half built. Ready.
