5. Fiat Transactions via MoonPay

When using MoonPay to purchase $FGEN via card or fiat:

• You agree to MoonPay’s KYC, AML, and data collection policies
• GenLabs Ltd. does not receive or store your personal financial data
• We only retain technical data necessary for platform operation (e.g., transaction hashes, wallet addresses)
• In the event of a legal request, we can only share information we have access to—not your private MoonPay KYC
